Shipping charges are area-wise and depend on your delivery location. Charges are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address, so you'll always see the exact amount before confirming your order.
Please note: we do not currently offer free shipping. A shipping charge applies to every order, regardless of order value, and will be clearly shown at checkout along with your item total.

Delivery Timeline
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of Order, depending on your location. Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1 business days of confirmation. You'll be notified once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking number and courier details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, so you can follow your shipment right up to delivery.
Delays & Delivery Issues
While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally happen due to courier backlogs, weather conditions, incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
