Gyeon Q2M Rotary Wool Heavy Cut Pad is a high-density merino-wool pad engineered exclusively for rotary polishers. Paired with a suitable heavy-cut compound, it delivers aggressive correction for heavy oxidation, water marks and significant paint defects that can be safely corrected.

Its dense, tall wool pile adapts to curved and complex panels, helping experienced detailers maintain controlled contact during demanding correction work. Follow the cutting stage with a finer polish and finishing pad to refine marring and holograms and restore gloss.

How to Use

1. Wash and decontaminate the paintwork, removing dirt and residues before polishing.
2. Secure the pad to a compatible rotary backing plate matched to the actual pad size.
3. Use a suitable heavy-cut compound, following the compound and machine manufacturer's instructions.
4. Work in small sections, approximately 40x40cm, controlling pressure and monitoring heat build-up carefully.
5. Wipe away residue with a microfiber towel and inspect results frequently before continuing.
6. Follow with a finer polish and finishing pad to refine cutting-stage marring and holograms.
7. Wash after use according to the manufacturer's guidance and allow to air-dry thoroughly.

Important: Intended for experienced users performing aggressive paint correction. Assess paint condition before use; severely degraded clear coat and some deep scratches cannot be safely corrected by polishing. Avoid excessive heat and repeated cutting in one area.
